STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, October 20th. The closing time of a lot will automatically be extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes on the lot's time and will continue to do so until the timer runs out.
PAYMENT: Buyer specifically waives the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. The credit card on file will be charged for your total purchases including any buyer’s premium, or stated additional fees, upon conclusion of the Auction. All denied transactions due to expiration date, insufficient funds, and/or other reasons shall be subject to a $20 re-processing fee. You can update your credit card under "PROFILE" on the website dashboard. Credit card chargebacks are not allowed.
A paid invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 2 hours following the conclusion of the auction. If you do not receive an invoice, please check the dashboard under "PROFILE"-"INVOICES" You as the buyer are responsible for keeping your credit card on file and up to date.
Large ticket purchases over $2,500 or titled vehicles, MUST be settled for with CASH, wire transfer or previous arrangements made with the Auction Company. No item will be released or transferred until payment has posted to our account.
VEHICLE TITLES: The only accepted method payment for Vehicles is Cash, Certified Funds, Wire, Business/ Personal Check (if known to Auction Company). Buyers will need to contact the Office with information to complete the title (Name, Address, Lienholder). Titles will be mailed within five business days or upon payment clearing the Bank. Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, nor the Seller, will be responsible for any late fees accrued for a title transfer as the result of negligence or untimely submission of paperwork by a Buyer.
IMPORTANT! Many of our On-Site Auction Locations are transferring to new owners the next day so pick-up times are STRONGLY ENFORCED! Any items left after the specified load-out time will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangements are made IN ADVANCE OF THE AUCTION CLOSING.
Loadout: We do not provide loading assistance for free! Before bidding be sure to bring plenty of help at the designated pick-up time and location to remove your items. You are responsible to furnish ALL labor, carts/dollies and packaging materials. We will be sending out an email after the auction is completed to all winning bidders with a link to SignUp Genius for an appointment to pick up your items. Winning bidders may pick up their items (Lots 215-224) at 5010 S Main, Blackwell, Oklahoma, by appointment only during the published load-out times. Load Out will be held on Thursday, October 21st, from 4 pm to 6 pm by scheduled appointment only. Any items left after the specified load-out time will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. THERE WILL NOT BE A LOADER OR ASSISTANCE TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE BRING WHAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS.

Venue for any controversy or claim arising from or relating to this agreement, or breach thereof, shall lie exclusively with District Court of Sumner County, Kansas. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Kansas.
